  • I usually love Woodys and we take our dog there often. The girl who is typically working is really nice and helpful. Today we tried going to get a bath and the girl turned us away because she had the baths shut down early. Granted we came late but if it says baths close 30 minutes before the store closes, it should be 30 minutes. It was pretty clear that even if we came 10 minutes prior to that she wasn't going to let us. Now a different place got our money and didn't give us attitude even though it was close to closing time. Our poor pup had a rough day and really needed a bath, and it literally takes us 10 minutes to bathe him. Sometimes it's better to be nice than roll your eyes because you need to clean up when we leave.
