  • This hotel was a huge let down. My mother sent my birthday present here for me to receive when I got there. The hotel charged me $15 to pick it up. They charge you $200 right off the bat for resort fees and deposit. The linen had black grease smudges on it. And you need to pay for Wi-Fi every 24 hours. The room service was never open, the TV only worked on day one. The furniture was very cheap items from Ikea and everything was pretty dingy. This place was a waste of time and money. I feel like they should have paid me to stay there.
