I've been a member for twenty years or so and I just paid off everything and I think I'm ready to move to just about any other bank. A bank is ALL customer service and BofA has none in person. If you want to do everything online they're great but I went in to do a wire transfer and waited in like twenty minutes only to be told that they can only do wire transfers from another desk. So another fifteen minutes and no greeting no acknowledgement and seeing a lobby full of customers who'd been there for a while already-no one really knowing what to do. I leave and go to the downtown branch where the rep asks if I have an appointment, there are three reps doing nothing at all and patrons waiting..but apparently only one of the three is allowed to do transfers....isn't this what banks do? So all in it's taken me two hours now to try to do a simple transfer. Total BS
