  • WOW...I should've looked at the reviews before going to this office. (Was a recommendation by a friend/ medical rep). I arrived 15 minutes early, paper work in hand, approached the front desk... the receptionist never looked up/ absolutely no welcome acknowledgement, and tells me "sign in." As I waited, this receptionist was terse, rude, and had an attitude with everyone that walked in.....disgusting front staff. after waiting for approximately 50 minutes..that's right, 50 minutes, I approached the front desk, indicated I had been waiting for 50 minutes and they could cancel my appointment,,,,i was leaving. The front desk could've cared less. No ..I'm sorry, can we book another appointment....nada. They know how to take an appointment...they just don't know how to honor an appointment. Everyone's time is important. Do your self a favor...skip this place. There are other practice's that appreciate your business.
