  • Front Desk is rude, always. They are sarcastically nice and not sincere with their welcoming at all! I mean don't say hello if your going to smirk and give it in a tone of sarcasm. Tried to extend my stay and was transferred to the wrong department just to be transferred back to the front desk only to be placed on hold and then transferred AGAIN!!!!!!! Wtf! Educate your front desk and quit transferring people PUHLEASE! I just want to extend my stay...
