  • I wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst rental experience of my life. They rented me a dirty car, it smelled and had dog hair all over the seats. I returned the car CLEANER than I picked it up. They charged me $375 because they stated it was dirty...I called to dispute it and almost a month later I still do not have my refund. The treatment I've received after complaining is even worse than the rental experience. They do not care about their customers. I'm disgusted with this company and will NEVER use them again. They are not an honest company and even upper management has brushed me off. I highly recommend renting through ANY other company but Hertz.
