I guess I have to give them a single star because I am not sure if no stars is an option.
PENNY PINCHERS: To start they moved our flight creating a four ands half hour layover. This was to combine flights. This cost us 4-5 hours of our time.
SCAM ARTISTS: They want $75 to change to an early flight so the lay over is an hour. Apparently they can change the flight times without charge but it cost me to change it back.
LAZY: The gate employee sent me to customer service. After waiting 30 minutes and went back to the gate since I was going to miss the flight. She said she would help me now (why not earlier?)
IGNORANT: She said there was room for us. I conceded to pay another $75 after she tells me I have less than a minute to decide. Before I lay she apologize and said she was wrong. Not enough seats.
Not sure how anyone could give this company more than a star unless they are the executive collecting all the add on fees like baggage, change fee, booking fee...
