  • I am SUPER unhappy with Ladlow's! We have had the worst experience and customer service. This was our 2nd purchase from them and this will be our LAST!!! I think the communication from Dan the manager is unacceptable. We had so many issues with our order and were offered no solution until we just returned it. Our sales person had the balls to call me and say that it was the right order when clearly it was not! On top of that they tried to charge me a restocking fee which I disputed with my credit card company and thank goodness they ruled in my favor. Do yourself a favor and shop any where but Ladlow's!
