I have never had such bad service from this shop! Every other time I have been in there I've had decent service. But this time I take my suv in on 7/13 for an oil change. Make the appointment online for 7pm. Get in there right before 7pm and wait about 10 minutes in line for my turn. Get to the counter guy tells me I shouldn't have been allowed to make an appointment for 7pm online since they close at 8pm. WTH? The oil change would only take 30 minutes if done like advertised which would still leave them with 30 minutes before closing. But then he tells me the car his only oil tech is working on will take over an hour and a half so I have to reschedule. Right there I should have gone somewhere else but since I had $10 in rewards a $19.99 oil change would be super cheap. Oh and I was told by Omar that since I would have to reschedule they would give me an added discount for the hassle.
My husband takes my car in on 7/16 for a 2pm appointment he to has to wait at least 10 minutes in line to check the suv in. They give him a paper to sign for the oil change which totaled $42 even though I signed up for the $19.99. And in speaking to the manager I was told (yes I called after I found out how much my husband paid) well he signed for the $42 but we told him we would take $20 off. Well wouldn't that make it $22 then? But our total turned out to be $31! Minus my $10 in rewards he paid $21 for the oil change that should have been $19.99 plus shop fee. So first I was misled with the $19.99 price then misled when they said they would take $20 from the $42 total my husband signed. Then to top it off the suv wasn't done until 2:58pm from a 2pm appointment time. So much for the 30 minute promise but hey why keep that promise since you decide to charge whatever the hell you want even if a customer has a coupon. Yes I know that the shop charge is extra but the is only $2.50. And yes I know my car takes an extra quart of oil so there is that charge but never heard of the extra charge for the oil filter. And so when I called and spoke to the manager Brandon he said that he would take $10 off of my next service, um sure like anyone is going to remember that when and if I bring any of my vehicles back in there.
