  • Very disappointed in this Ace Hardware. This is the second time this happened to me. Purchase a item that needed to be ordered. I paid for it upfront. They told me they would call me when it came in. I finally called after for 5 days. And the item came in but they never called me. Assistant manager apologized. But actually that wasn't good enough. This was the second time this has happened to me. I was told the girls up front are supposed to call when the item comes in. No one ever called. I will not be patronizing the store anymore. But I will be patronizing a store the largest Ace Hardware on Tatum and Thunderbird. They seem to have everything you would ever need. Also I ordered something from them a year ago and they called me right away when it came in. I guess that Ace owner knows how to conduct business.
