  • I took my Toyota minivan on Saturday May 12th for a express car wash at this location. I know when I went throught the tunnel for the wash my bumper was in good condition but when it came out my rear bumper was unclipped on the passenger side plus some paint also came off with a very minor dent. I filed a complaint with the car wash manager (Austin Eirley) on duty at that time, he said he will review the video and let me know. I have to follow up with him every time because he did not called me at all, anyways he said all looks good on their side and it is something in the van was not right but he did admit that when it came out he saw bumper did came off. He didn't allow me to watch the video or not willing to give a copy of the video so something is not right and they don't want to admit that. I just want to fix this bumper but they are not ready to coperate at all so beware of this place.
