  • I took my car to get an oil change in WalMart and they told me they couldn't do it because the dipstick for the oil was broken and the metal piece is still inside the tube. I went over to OReilly's expecting to be able to change the dipstick but being super difficult to get the metal piece out of the tube. When i mentioned my situation with the assistant, he immediately took initiative and suggested to help. The clerk was resourceful when something wouldn't work he would try something else, until he was successful and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes.
