Lion's Den Plumbing is probably a fine company - they have a lot of 5-star reviews. I too met them through a Home Warranty referral. But scheduling with them has been unpleasant for a seemingly simple service call - replace an American Standard toilet tank. Maybe its too small potatoes to get their attention. I have had to call them 5 times after the initial service call and diagnosis to schedule the fix. To me that is sort of ridiculous - should it take a week to replace a toilet tank?
