  • I have used this company on a few different occasions in the past, manager and/or owner is great, willing to help and always ready to answer any questions. Went in yesterday and there's a new guy I haven't seen yet, Alex, rude, not knowledgeable in the least and just doesn't do his job. His customer service skills are in the toilet, company promises "great communication and customer service skills" but this guy just does not deliver. Instead of a 24 hour turnaround time all he tells us is "we'll call you when it's ready," called today and not only did I catch an attitude but told it would be a few days because they're backed up and also he said "if you don't ask, I'm not obligated to tell you anything." Doesn't sound like great customer service to me! This will be the last time I deal with this company, at least until they find someone else to be the front line of the company, Alex should definitely be fired at this point.
