  • I contacted APEX at 10:00 this morning when I woke up to discover a broken door spring. I first spoke to Melisa on the phone who was very helpful, informative and pleasant. The price she quoted me was within budget and the work and parts came with an attractive warranty. Quinn showed up an hour and a half later and "took care of my door business". I have had garage door repair people out before but Quinn was by far much more pleasant, professional and a genuinely good guy. He explained things and provided useful information on maintenance I could do annually to add to the longevity of my opener and door. It was refreshing and stress free dealing with APEX. APEX will remain in my contractor contact list for future garage door needs, I highly recommend them.
