This has got to be one of the worst Best Buy stores out there. Customer Service totally in the dump. I walked in 4 times over the holiday weekend to get what I need. Trip 1: The store refunded the wrong credit card ~$250.00 on a simple .com return with pack list. Trip 2: When I inquired about the refund at the customer service center, the girl snarled and said call the corporate number. I had to ask for the corporate number as if I am to read minds. Trip 3: I came in a couple days later to buy a MacBook Pro power cable. I received the power block. I asked if the Thunderbolt 3/USB-C cable was included in the box. The sales guy said yes as he looks at the picture on the outside of the box (anyone could have done that - the package contained no text indicating it was included or not). At home and the cable is not included in the box. What a waste of my time because someone couldn't slow down to accurately answer a question. Trip 4: Had to come back same day to buy the "included cable". I work in technology. When I tell you what I need, I do not need you to go through a laundry list of checkpoints to verify I know what I am talking about - just get the cable, thank you. Shouldn't take 30 mins more of my time. I am not a local to AZ, but I sure told all the locals to avoid Avondale Best Buy at all cost. 4/4 trips total bust.
