I've been bringing my cars to Turn Two for several years now - old ones, new ones, repairs, damage, maintenance. In short, I've had the full experience.

--Their advice is sometimes to NOT do work, and in those cases they don't charge anything
Here's a great example. I drove my new car into a curb on a snowy Saturday. They were closed, but when the tow truck brought my car there it just happened that Scott (the manager) was in the store and he let us in. Scott worked with me to figure out what should be done and how to communicate with insurance, and he took ownership of getting the right fixes done so that I could get back on the road. Notably, this was the week before Christmas.
