  • This is a great studio. All of the instructors are wonderful. I started here at a down time in my life, it was the holidays, My mother had just unexpectedly passed away just 6 short weeks after learning she had cancer. I needed something to get out of my funk. Reformed central is conveniently located which makes getting to class easy. They have a variety of different reformer Pilates classes and spin classes. Everyone is so nice. All instructors were extremely welcoming, knowledgable and just plain friendly. The owner Laura knows everyone by name. They make you feel so comfortable and you'll want to keep going back. This place has changed my life. I'm a dedicated member and have to several friends. Give it a try... What do you have to lose?
