  • Everyone who flies goes through the checkpoints. Everyone. There is a crew of workers, doing their best, and often being hammered by grumpy customers, who don't like the process. (enough rant) The staff at Charlotte are, have been, and continue to be so polite and helpful. I enjoy challenging them with this question - What is the silliest question you have been asked? - The list is interesting as I have quite a few lollapaloozas The one from Charlotte Do I have to put my dog through the x-ray? and he said many people just put the dog and carrier on the rollers heading to the x-ray. Aren't you glad we have the TSA to protect the dogs and cats that fly?
