  • Couldn't fix password issue online. Went into store on waiting list only to be told password problem already being "handled" by main Apple office .. and will take 2 more weeks to enable my iPad mini. In the mean time, I relied on my iPad for all my financial record keeping personal and for my business. Two weeks to fix password issue that disabled my iPad equals 1 star.
