  • I really enjoyed being here when I was a tourist! I was craving bubble tea and this place was the closest to where I was in Downtown Phoenix. It looks small on the outside, BUT it's roomy and spacious on the inside with a lot of seating. "Snoh" SHAVED ICE: I ordered Green Tea Shaved Ice with condensed milk, boba (tapioca pearls), and mochi. It was absolutely delicious. They have 3 sizes, small regular and large to what I remember, so I picked the regular size. For me, that was too much for me because I also ordered bubble tea for myself and it was only one size. However, I did finish the shaved ice because of course I couldn't take it to go since it'll just be a bowl of mush when I got to my hotel room. I could taste the green tea and it wasn't overbearing or not too subtle. The mochi was a bit chewy and slightly hard, maybe because it's sitting next to a big scoop of ice. I could have used more condensed milk in mine but it depends how you like your ice. BUBBLE TEA: I ordered Taro milk tea with boba (tapioca pearls) and egg pudding. They only had one size so I didn't expect it to be so big. Back home where I'm from, I'd say the size that I was given at this place was comparable to a size between a Grande and Venti at Starbucks. I couldn't finish it after I ate my shaved ice. It was good, sweet but not too sweet and the boba was delicious and milk tea was creamy. Egg pudding was a bit grainy and not smooth compared to my favorite Snow Mountain back home, but it was decent and I didn't mind since I have been craving it my entire trip in Phoenix. Definitely worth a try and satisfied my cravings. Overall, I like the place. It gives you a lot of options to your shaved ice and your bubble tea. The ambiance is modern and the music that's being played is metal/punk/alternative rock possibly. The employees are helpful to answer your questions and as a tourist, I feel like I asked too many questions plus I didn't have my glasses on with me so I had to ask them to read off the things on their menu. I'd love to come here again if I'm ever in town in the near future!
