I was super disappointed with Ice Pan.
I'm not at all clear why everyone thinks this is good ice cream. It isn't. Mine was a thick combination of guar gum (thickening agent, or something like guar gum) and milk that ultimately failed the texture test. If you like your dessert thick and gooy, this may be a good place to visit. If you like your ice cream pure and true to real ice cream making standards, you may want to skip this place.
While they do have a good selection of toppings and flavors, the toppings hide the quality of the frozen treat underneath.
One star for the ice cream/topping selection, one star for the preparation - which is entertaining to watch once.
