| - I went to this Healthcare Clinic to get a TB test. The nurse was not professional in any manner. She rubbed her nose as she read through screens on her computer, asked for payment (scanned my debit card), took my drivers license, unlocked the cabinet where the vials and needle syringes were kept, drew the solution into the syringe, and inserted it into my skin, then put a bandaid on me ALL without using gloves or washing her hands. I felt like I was in an underground horrible makeshift room with an unprofessional "APN". Please, please be ethical and sanitary.
***I'm back for the 48 hr TB test reading and the check-in Kiosk isn't working for everyone. I was unable to check-in, and people were going in before me. I had to schedule a new time on the Kiosk just to then immediately check-in for the new appointment. Ridiculous. The nurse is the one who actually scheduled me on her personal computer for my first appointment that wasn't showing up when I tried checking in the first time. Ugh, again, ridiculous.
***Nurse pokes her head out to see if anyone's waiting (even though I checked into my re-scheduled appt.) not even calling my name, although she called everyone else's name before me. She asks who I am and I say I had an earlier appt. She doesn't look concerned or apologize for her mistake. Again, she doesn't wash her hands although there were two really sick people ahead of me (hopefully I don't catch their illnesses). She rubs her fingers over the mark on my arm, and no sign of raised bump (no TB). I appreciate nurses for all their knowledge, but I am so disappointed in this clinic and nurse for not being professional or clean. Please, Walgreens on Cooper and Warner, clean up and sanitize/disinfect your clinic AND personnel.
