  • This is a beautiful hotel and excellent staff. I really enjoyed the room size and view and love being part of Mandalay where I always have an excellent time. However, I didn't enjoy the excessive charges. There was no clear and evident sign in the room that the coffee and water were charged! I made myself coffee using the water bottles provided next to the coffee maker. Because I didn't know each little pack of coffee cost money and each water bottle, i was SHOCKED when I saw the prices on my checkout bill. If you're going to charge for this please ensure there is evident notification in front of the coffee maker and bottles. This was over 20 dollars added to my bill that I didn't anticipate and wish didn't happen (if I would have known I wouldn't have done it!) Other than that, it was a nice place.
