  • Went to franks for an entire year my VW CC was falling apart, spent over 5k in a year in repairs, almost each time I went back but based on ratings and location I just kept going. Finally this last time I go in with a coolant leak, they take it for 2 days just to try to charge me 1400 to fix it, I took it to Charlie's Auto repair 10 min down the road, same ratings, $600. If I can deter business from here I will any chance I get, complete rip off.
