| - Nothing but a bad experience, unfortunately, and I am really trying to think of at least one positive to share from my last visit. I went to this Starbucks last week, it was maybe Wednesday, in the middle of the day. There were only TWO other women who needed to order, but they were taking a while to decide. I went before them and the young girl (Caroline) who took my order did not smile once, she appeared to be miserable, she took my order (4 coffees) and responded, "you know it's gonna be a while"...I wanted to look around and be like, really??? But, I didn't, I said ok. I then paid and she ran my card, she handed it back to me and told me it doesn't work, I told her that it does and to try it again. She did, and it processed correctly. I stepped aside to receive the order and the barista was just as unpleasant, not a smile or a thank you or any manners whatsoever. She didn't even acknowledge my ONE request (for cream to go), I had to question if she even heard me. While I continued to wait, Caroline asked the women who were trying to decide if they were ready, they said no. Caroline put her hands on the counter, leaned on it (this is directly behind the cash register), and dropped her head and let out a noise of annoyance, like a loud whining, sounded like ' uuggghhh' it was so strange and uncomfortable, I felt like I had walked into this world where everyone hates life. It doesn't make any sense, they have unlimited access to coffee!
