  • Let me first say, I LOVE the smith and wollenskys in NYC. I was so excited they had one here...an I was hugely disappointed. I even came her twice thinking it may have been a freak incident. The first time, I had burger for lunch. The one in NY is my favorite burger EVER. I asked for medium and it came out super dry, no taste. I didn't even eat it. The second time, I ordered a steak and it was so fatty, again I barely are any of it. Terribly disappointed. How the different places have two totally different standards is beyond me
