Long story short I bought a gift certificate from this company and after several (at least 4-5) no call no shows for scheduled appointments I asked for a refund which I was told I would get. That was almost two months ago with nothing yet. Can't say I'm surprised honestly, lesson learned and I feel I was more than patient considering the circumstances. Mind you I was a customer prior to purchasing the gift certificate. Justin does do very good work however I cannot turn a blind eye to this simple business principle.
