  • Normally I am a good judge of character, but I missed the mark when it came to Joe's Auto. This business does NOT act with integrity. I have spent TONS of money there over 2 years. I don't know what I was thinking. Recently, I caught them in a lie.. In addition, they tried to charge me far more than even the dealership quoted. When I caught Matt in a lie, he stumbled around and ended up cutting me a "deal" that was more than their labor rate. I am so frustrated that I did give them my business for so long and I really feel betrayed. Don't take your car to them.
