  • I'm inclined to explain everything that happened, but it has caused me so much aggravation already, I'm going to keep this review short. Don't use them, simply because April has no idea how to treat customers and threatened to send me to collections (via text) for work that was done 8 days ago because she was angry that I questioned the charges (but never implied that I wouldn't pay). I received my first invoice today, after pestering them for a week to get it to me as I needed it for a real estate deal. Jeff was nice and the work seems to be good. I truly believe the plumbers are high quality, but it's not worth frustration to try and pay your bill and then be threatened by someone with no customer service skills. I ended up sending them a check certified mail since there is a 4% charge on credit cards. Keep that in mind if you have a big job.
