  • We had Superb Maids out to clean our house for the first time. All three ladies were friendly and they showed up on time. We didn't have any clutter or mess for them to work around but because it was their first time out we went with the heavy duty clean just so they would spend some extra time. We were pretty happy with the first visit. We were very pleased with the bathrooms, furniture dusting and floors and the little extra touches. We thought the kitchen stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and cupboards could have been done better. It also did not appear that the baseboards and fixtures were dusted, at least not very well. Some of our electronics got unplugged, pictures and decor not put back in its place and a broken glass. These are not major issues but we did pay an extra $99 and these are just areas for improvement on the next cleaning. We are definitely happy enough with their work to continue and have signed up for recurring service. We will update this rating at a later date once we see how things progress.
