Called on a friday 6/8 and spoke to Victoria in SERVICE because after I replaced the alternator and battery on my 11 tsx, I couldnt figure out why I had multiple warning lights on my dash relating to many possible issues..I had reached out to a competing dealer just before that, because it was located closer to my home and they acted like the world was coming to an end and that I had to pay an unbelievable amount to just run a test...Anyway knowing my car was running perfect , she encouraged me to bring it in anyway first thing in the morning which I did. I was greeted by her and Mitch and he had a tech reset the VSA system to ECU...My time and money spent was easily worth the service level that I recieved from all 3 of them. These are excellent employees, please recognize.
