  • This is a brewery/distillery that has a space to sample the booze. Nothing more. The rum is very smooth, even the silver rum. I was quite happy with it. I hope they can get some longer aged rums as they progress. The beer was awesome. All the beer styles are clean--they don't destroy the palate. Even the smoke rauchbier, which is amazing, was well balanced yet complex without destroying my tongue. I'm excited to start getting kegs from this place. I'm even more excited for their restaurant plans. This should be an awesome addition to the flats/W.9th area.
