| - If you'd like to just know about the facilities itself, check out the very bottom section of this review after my horrific experience story. Over all, I quit this gym. My friend's all quit too. They are over priced for really sad service attitudes and their competitors are offering much lower and simpler rates for the same equipment and cleaner facilities. The pool is no longer their selling point as it's often crowded... Rather go to a public pool for more space.
As you can read in the section below, I had an awful experience that made me really quite mad, but also can't help but laugh because it sounds so ridiculous that it happened at all. Their Operations Manager was very kind & did a thorough followup as soon as he got back into the office. It is a one time incident, and it shouldn't speak against all staff working there. Maybe they just need better training or set procedures to ensure a certain standard.

Horrible incident. It's my first month of membership and I got the times mixed up so my sister and I went in a little late. After swimming, a woman tells us we need to be out of the pool because she's gotta clean it, so my sister and I thank her and just get out and go shower. We finish our shower, and start getting dressed and packing up (we took maybe 5-10 minutes), suddenly ALL the lights go off. I'm thinking.. power outage? We never heard an announcement.
So we quickly get our stuff, just jam it into our bag and head out with our cellphones as flashlights. (Because we literally could NOT see anything at all). Suddenly, a guy YELLS at us. Not asks us if we're okay. He immediately starts to threaten me with revoking my membership and reporting me.. I haven't even had a chance to speak... He snatched my keys from me and walked all the way up to the front to record my membership number... How dare he take my car keys! So rude.
Then when I tell him that we're sorry, we didn't realize the facilities closed so early, he YELLS again "I SAID IT OVER THE PA SYSTEM".. so I tell him we must have been in the showers because we didn't hear a PA system.. And he, in disbelief, tells me to just wait and watch my membership be taken away... At this point, I don't really care to spend my money here anyway. He was so incredibly rude. What a jerk.
.... thank you for asking me if we were ok. Staff should have walked all the way into the shower area to make sure no one had passed out back there. Also, we found out that the PA system wasn't working in the change rooms and that was not news to the staff. I was being treated horribly!! Utter lack of concern for your guest.

The facilities are what you'd expect from a gym. There's quite a lot of equipment to use and variety. I like that they offer heavy bags and a pool. I also appreciate that they have a woman's only work out room.
Change rooms are getting messy. Lockers are nice, especially because they aren't metal so they don't rust, but the floor is covered in hair and not cleaned periodically enough. The showers are okay but the hooks are missing on a few of them so you can't really hang up your towel.... Showers themselves are not really clean though....
