  • Slinky has a nice selection of funk, jazz and hip-hop records on vinyl and CD. Problem is, when you decide to purchase one and you walk up to the cash register, it takes the dude about 30 seconds to look up from his laptop and decide to help you. Then he might manage a grunt, and make eye contact with you for about 0.00007 seconds before you give him your cash. I'm 100.00007% positive that the employees there treat pictures of Cusack in High Fidelity the way I treat pictures of South American supermodels.
