  • Let me start this out by saying this is the first yelp review I posted and I'm only doing this because I feel like it's absolutely necessary. This place is the worst nail salon I have been to. The people act really friendly when entering the salon but then when they were really rude. I went to get a gel mani/pedi. It says on the site that a gel no chip is $25. I spent an hour and a half in the chair to get my pedicure. My toe nails were filed unevenly and I had to have her fix them multiple times. She messed up the polish 3 times and then kept telling me it was my fault or it was because the polish was red. I get red polish on my toes every time I get them done and I've never had that problem. I left with my polish still smudged and she kept telling me it was fine. I no longer had time to get my nails done but she took the gel off so all of my nails broke and were ruined. When I went to pay they charged me $50 and said that I usually would pay more than that because I'm from LA. So because I'm from out of town they charged me more money. My friend also got a fill with gel polish. We woke up the next day and both of our polishes were chipped, peeling and bubbling. They charged her $60. Which is also NOT the price listed on their site. FALSE ADVERTISING.. OVER CHARGED FOR CHEAP SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
