  • Ok this review went from a 1 star to a 5 star simply because of customer service. Initially I had given 1 star because I had an appointment booked for 2pm and was told I won't see a doctor until 3pm. Reason provided: we double/triple book all the time. No apologies were given at the time so I wrote the initial review right then and there. This is what changed my mind: the doctor was extremely thorough and patient with all of questions and the manager helped me with my glasses selection and helped me navigate the complex eye plans my firm has to ensure I got the most savings. In addition, my appt was on 12/31 which along with 1/1 are the busiest days for eye glass stores given the need to use FSA dollars and other health benefits (which is why they are usually double booked and extremely busy). Consider my foot officially in my mouth for my earlier review :) This is your standard chain LensCrafters but the service is what made it good.
