| - Wow, amazing and let's see incredible and there are so many more positive adjectives I can use to describe this wonderful restaurant. I can go on and on for days about my dining experience here. This restaurant is located in the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada.
Gordon Ramsay and to all the staff at this steakhouse, thank you for giving my wife and I the best dinning experience either one of us has ever had. Yep that's right, you heard me the ABSOLUTE best dinning experience EVER.
I have eaten at some of the finest steakhouses such as Wolfgang's in Beverly Hills or Morton's in NYC or Ruth Chis in Tyson's Virginia., Monty's in Springfield Virginia, Peter Lugar's and the list goes on and on.
If you put all the pieces together, the location in the Paris Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant, the management, waitstaff, chefs, host and hostess and all other amazing employees here, the quality and flavor of the food, the top notch customer service and what you get for what you pay for, this place is it, for me it's NUMBER 1, by far no exceptions. Get it? Hope so.
The fact that this place has only 4 Stars is a shock to me. In fact I think anyone who gave this restaurant less than 4 stars should be arrested and locked up. Oh..... that's right that freedom of speech thing we have here. Ok well I won't go there than. With the experience we had here, it's really difficult to believe anyone could come out of here without a wonderful experience.
From the time we walked into the place we were treated like we were the only two people in the restaurant and the place was full. It doesn't open until 4:30pm and while we had reservations the line to get in was rather long. Sometimes when a restaurant is so crowded good customer service can be difficult but, not here. From start to finish it was the best.
We had about half a dozen people seeing to it that we had everything we needed. It wasn't over done it was just the right amount of help to ensure we were served in the best manner possible. Are you getting the idea I liked this place?
So we ordered a crab cake appetizer. Oh the crab cake, wow, yummy one of the best I've ever had. Most crab cakes you'll have you have a small piece of shell, it's almost impossible not to have a little piece of shell in it but at Gordon Ramsey's, no shell at all. The crab meat was moist and and the spices complimented the meat perfectly. As soon as we finished the crab cake they took away the plates and brought fresh silverware. Amazing service.
Now the main courses, I had the prime filet and let me tell you it was prime. The flavor of the meat was mouthwatering, I had mushrooms that were delicious. The potato purée luscious. My wife had a heavenly lamb chop, I tried a piece and it melted in my mouth thank you. The portions were just the right amount. I have three words for this meal...best meal ever.
Here is my recommendation, when visiting Las Vegas, if you want a complete and total wonderful dinning experience you have to go to Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse. It doesn't get better than this.
