  • As a season ticket holder for the D-Backs, the free oil change from Big O is always a nice little boost. That is, unless you make an appointment a week in advance and try to use it at this location: they told me they "ran out of 'free' oil" but could give me a "special" rate that just so happens to be the full cash price of a regular oil change. No referral to another location, no offer to honor the appointment by using what was on hand, and an upsell to boot....seriously?!?!? Avoid!
