| - The man who checked me in was very friendly and courteous. Everything was fine until I was given my bill. I had asked for new wiper blades and with past oil changes I have always offered blades from a selection, so when he said my car was finished I thought maybe he had forgotten about me asking for the new blades. He told me the price of my oil change and then the price of my wiper blades. I was initially confused because he had not offered me blades to choose from, and the price of the blades that he claimed to be "buy one-get-one free" was $23. I then asked him to confirm that one blade was $23, he replied yes. At this point I was frustrated because why would someone put blades on a car and assume they wanted them and would pay for them, but in an attempt to be polite I asked him at least to provide me with some information on the blades, his response being "they are all season". Well ok I suppose thats better than not knowing anything about them?! finally he could tell I was frustrated and asked if I wanted that he would take them off- well at this point I just want to leave and remain calm so I told him to leave them on and I would pay. I then get into my car to see the interior COVERED in oil handprints, on the door, on the steering wheel, the shifter and a headband that was draped over the shifter and all over the arm rest. It was truly appalling. I don't drive a brand new Mercedes but it shouldn't matter! Everyone deserves the interior of their cars to be treated with care. I asked them to clean it up and the service man attempted using a what appeared to be already dirty rag with a bottle that read "Brake Cleaner"- maybe in the industry that is what they use, and I am sure it "works" fine, but to a customer, that just does not look like you're trying to correct your mistake. After he attempted to clean the oil off of my interior, I could no longer hold in my frustration so I thanked him for trying and left. I took some photos of the oil which do not do it justice (especially since some of it was removed) but I still took them because I am still so upset that they would let a customer leave this disappointed. The only chance I will use Mr. Tire again is if my new half unwanted wiper blades fail me, which would force me to return with my receipt which believe me I will be holding onto. Definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone.
