Not perfect by any means - it's crowded every weekday after 5 and it has its share of meatheads, but it is spacious, the equipment is plentiful and in good shape, it's fairly comfortable and has ample parking.
They also have daycare, a lap pool, sauna, cycling classes and a large aerobics room, though I've never used them.
For those giving 1 or 2 stars, all I can say is you should try the one on 28th and Highland in Phoenix. That one makes this look like a 5-star resort.
Sidenote: I have my own 'white whale' at this location. Someone wears Patchouli and leaves that wretched smell on the equipment. I've been trying to find him/her for months but he/she always eludes me. Some day, Moby Stank. Some day...
