  • They're hacks and handle business terribly. I had a long detailed conversation with Kyle, explaining what I had to sell and where I would be coming from. I noticed on the website you can submit photos of what you want to sell, he advised that I take photos and bring them in to save time waiting for them to go through all the website submissions. I again explained where I would be driving from since it is 30 miles from where I live..he again advised it was best I come in. I take the photos, print them out, make the drive to have Scott sit down quickly scan the photos, ask where I live, when I tell him, he immediately says Oh I won't be able to do business with you that's too far. I was livid. I explained that Kyle advised me to come in after I asked him about submitting photos through the website he nonchalantly said not enough furniture for the distance.. How the hell would I know there are stipulations for them purchasing furniture since there's nothing on their website that would indicate that. Don't let the idiot Kyle answer the phone if he's doesn't know what to tell the callers. A big waste of my time and gas! Terrible business and awful customer service! Would never go back or refer anyone!
