  • upon sign in the front desk lady is babbling about "I don't care, I didn't sign up to be mistreated by patients, I'm not their bitch" Like Woah 1st off, I hope your day gets better. I understand what it's like to have rough days, but what happen to patient care & human kindness. If it weren't for your patients you wouldn't have job. Be thankful & most of all respectful to them. Yes you work on medical office but you are too a patient else where. Imagine someone else treating you with that same attitude. Patient care & human kindness is one of the main reasons why patients return.
