A dear friend referred me to Dr. Bennett and because my dogs vet is in a different state and his vaccinations are due I went to Blue Cross. I am so sorry I did. We are asked to arrive early to fill out paperwork which we did, my dog is nervous so they put us in a room right away at appointment time the Tech come in and did the preexam and said the Dr would be right in. 10 minutes after I heard the Dr outside the door and someone asked to Dr for a minute. 30 minutes later my dog was anxious as was I so we went out side for a quick a walk (we have been in the small room now for 40 minutes) I asked the front desk if this was normal as she that the appointment before me was taking longer, well she didn't have an appointment before me.
When the Dr finally did come in she apologized, which is great and all and she said it was a bit of an emergency, WHY then couldn't someone of come in to tell me. I understanding waiting for a Dr for me but for an older dog, really?!? If I have to go to a Vet here in PHX again I can tell you now it WILL not be Blue Cross
