rev:text	There is not a minus star rating or I would put -1,000,000 the first time I went to pick up my laptop he was going to "fix" after having it diagnosed tested opened up etc in front of me by a very reputable company he decided to "fix" I'll post a picture I was called and told it was fixed then a hour later all the sudden it wasn't and now it was the mother board that "costs" 130$ but it can be bought with a warranty and he "had to" tear it all apart to get the motherboard model number ( a simple google search found them 30$-50$) I took it back to the reputable place in pieces (minus a few ) it all makes sense as to why he was only worried about getting the cash out of my pocket he said it took him four hours to take it apart lol then tells me all laptops have Ethernet ports trust him he's been doing it for over 13 yrs yet I just bought one that has none this is nothing but a joke a person who will try to smooth talk you he left me standing there while telling the lady who brought her computer in how wonderful and pretty her pictures were there just too much to write and I can't think of anything positive accept I have a great attorney what he didn't want to hear was the laptop is only important because it was a gift to my child and the person who got it for him has passed so of course I want to get it fixed but this place wow ! So don't take your laptops there cause if he don't fix it I guess it's acceptable to hand it to his clients in a box missing parts you be the judge ! And to top it off did he ever bring up he give a discount to vets nope !
