The camera on my brand new iPhone 6s Plus was broken. I took it to Apple to see if they could fix it, they said I had to go to AT&T because I got it from them. I went to this store and the manager Eddie took very good care of me. He said because it was under 14 days of warranty, Apple had to replace it. He called the Apple Store talked to the manager and told them to replace my phone. He got me an appointment set and I returned to the Apple Store. I got there, I went to the front of the line and got a new phone no problem.
