  • After an incredibly thorough search of Vegas apartments, I was looking between here, The Elysian West, and The Wyatt. As far as Altessa goes, I love the area (about a mile from Downtown Summerlin) and I really enjoy the people in the office (Natalie and Machele--who have been staff for years). A lot of other places I looked at had reviews saying new staff was always coming and going and it made getting things fixed or taken care of really hard, which I didn't want, so ultimately I decided on Altessa. I'm really happy with my choice! After I moved in I had a small issue with the garbage disposal and one of my windows, and they were fixed immediately. Any issue I have ever had (which has not been many) is addressed right away (less than 24 hours). The area is incredibly safe and my apartment is very quiet.
