This is an updated review. After a few months of coming into a Cherry Lash at the Master Artist recommended 3 weeks and using the lash growth serum. I have to lower my recommendation.
A month ago my lashes didn't last even 2 weeks and at my 3 week appointment ( i had a full schedule and couldn't get in before my set appointment) I had to add 30 MORE minutes to my fill plus (90 minutes). I do not wear mascara other than the stuff I bought from Cherry Lash. I wash my lashes daily and use 100% their product.
Then 2 weeks ago ( and 15 days after my last full that required 2 hours) I called in telling them they were not lasting. The gal that answered at first didn't bother to pull up my account and said that lash application takes about 2 hours and they recommend a full every 2 hours. I told her I have been there many times and my Master Artist has said 3 weeks. So she told me I could come in the next day and I would get a Master but only have to pay for a lash artist. After I explained that I didn't know if it would work but would try since I was supposed to be done at 7pm, she said to call if it wasn't going to work. I called around 4pm that next day and said I could not make it. I was then told I had to pay 50% of the appointment. After talking she agreed I would not be charged.
At 8:20ish Pm that night I missed a call from Cherry Lash. That night I also received an email
Explaining in order to get my $9 appointment fee back I needed to call and request it. I happen to also check my online bank statement. And saw I was charged the 50%. I called and was treated like I was lying and told they had to check the recordings.
Finally they called acknowledging their mistake in the charge AND they would put it towards future services. I refused to have future services and said I want the refund.
I finally received the refund minus the $9 that they claimed they would include.
2 stars because 1- they are clean as far as a person can see and 1 because the employees providing services seem nice
