  • I had visited Hatfield for the first time for my ankle sprain and gastronomic issues. No problems while setting up an appointment but completely unsatisfied with the service. Dr. Anne, I would say, did not even bother to check and diagnose my case. She rather was in a hurry and confused. Instead of even attempting to figure out what may have been wrong, she asked me to get the X-rays and blood tests done. I got the tests done the same day and started following up with the office after a week to check my results. The first time I called, they said they had not received the reports by then. The next day when i called, they mentioned receiving the reports two days earlier but the doctor had not reviewed them. I had to call them everyday. I asked them to direct my call to the doctor but I was never put forth. I kept following up everyday. They had even kept an urgent request for the doctor. But looks like the doctor did not care. Finally, I received a call from Dr. Anne at the end of the second week and all she had to say was 'There is nothing wrong in the reports'. I felt wasted. I would say the doctor is very uncaring and unprofessional. I receive my bill, however, promptly in the third week itself!!
