  • Be careful of auto pay. I had no idea they would charge my account if I wasn't going past my signed agreement. It automatically keeps charging until you give 30 day notice. I don't know how your old response that was very rude got removed, but it did. I can appreciate you trying to rectify that mistake years ago, but the original issue was never resolved.
